Johanna Liblik

I am a specialist in fire protection of timber structures and fire resistance testing, with a particular interest in low carbon building designs. I have a degree in civil engineering, trainings in built heritage and hands-on experience managing construction projects in Tallinn, Estonia. At Tallinn University of Technology, my PhD thesis focused on the determination of design parameters for clay and lime plaster systems as fire protection for timber structures in accordance with the fire part of Eurocode 5. I am member of the ICOMOS Wood Committee and actively contribute to the advancements of fire safety guidance.
